Cinnamon Dolce Latte

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups water

  • 3 cinnamon sticks

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 4 oz. Sonoma Cold brew coffee

  • ½ cup coconut milk


Directions

  1. Combine 1 ½ cups of water with 3 cinnamon sticks bringing them to a boil. Once boiling, turn off heat and steep cinnamon for 10 minutes, covered.

  2. Discard sticks, add 1 cup brown sugar, return to medium heat, and stir until dissolved.

  3. Cool completely. Syrup can be stored in jar for up to 2 weeks. Latte Recipe:

  4. Heat 4oz Sonoma Cold brew coffee and ½ cup of coconut milk to just before a boil.

  5. Combine 1½ Tbsp. syrup with coffee.
