Cinnamon Dolce Latte
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups water
3 cinnamon sticks
1 cup brown sugar
4 oz. Sonoma Cold brew coffee
½ cup coconut milk
Directions
Combine 1 ½ cups of water with 3 cinnamon sticks bringing them to a boil. Once boiling, turn off heat and steep cinnamon for 10 minutes, covered.
Discard sticks, add 1 cup brown sugar, return to medium heat, and stir until dissolved.
Cool completely. Syrup can be stored in jar for up to 2 weeks. Latte Recipe:
Heat 4oz Sonoma Cold brew coffee and ½ cup of coconut milk to just before a boil.
Combine 1½ Tbsp. syrup with coffee.
