Ginger Molasses Cookies

Ingredients – 3 dozen cookies:

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp. baking soda

  • ¼ tsp. salt

  • 7 oz. unsalted butter

  • ¾ cup granulated sugar

  • ½ cup dark molasses

  • 2 Tbsp. Sonoma Cold brew coffee

  • 1 Tbsp. powdered ginger

  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

  • ½ tsp. ground cloves


Directions

  1. Preheat oven by 375°F.

  2. Combine the dry ingredients.

  3. Cream together butter and sugar.

  4. Add dry ingredients, then wet.

  5. Finish by adding spices. Be careful not to over mix.

  6. Form in 1-inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
