Coffee Butter Crème Icing
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups confectioner’s sugar
½ cup butter
⅛ tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Sonoma Cold brew coffee
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
(For Mocha Butter Crème Icing, add 2 tablespoons cocoa to the sugar)
Directions
Cream butter until soft, then gradually at the sugar while continuing to cream the butter.
Gradually add salt, Sonoma Cold brew coffee, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
Beat for 3 minutes until smooth.
Let rest for 5 minutes.
Mix well immediately before spreading.
