Coffee Marinated Pork Chops
Ingredients:
2 pork chops
2 cups Sonoma Cold brew coffee
Salt pepper
Olive oil
Directions
Place pork chops in a dish and pour Cold coffee over pork chops until they are completely covered. Cover and marinate overnight or up to 24 hours.
Heat in a cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Add a little olive oil.
Salt and pepper both sides of pork chop liberally. Place in pan. Cook for about 8 minutes. Turn and cook for 5-6 minutes more.
Take off heat and let rest about 5 minutes. Serve.
