Mocha Brownie Protein Bars

Ingredients:

  • 3 scoops vanilla protein

  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats (gluten-free if necessary)

  • 2 Tbsp. Truvía® natural sweetener (or other sweetener, to taste)

  • 1 cup Sonoma Cold brew coffee


Directions

  1. Line a 9x5” loaf pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, stir together the protein powder, cocoa powder, oats, and Truvia. Mix in the Cold coffee until fully incorporated. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan, and evenly press it down with a spatula.

  3. Chill for at least 2 hours, or until firm, before slicing into bars. For firmer bars, serve frozen.
