Caramel-Coffee Sauce

 Ingredients:

  • 4 oz. (8 Tbsp.) unsalted butter, room temperature

  • 1 cup packed dark brown sugar

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 Tbsp. bourbon

  • 1 ts. pure vanilla extract

  • 2 Tbsp. Sonoma Cold brew coffee 


Directions

  1. Combine butter, sugar, and cream into a heavy saucepan.

  2. Whisking constantly, bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and whisk in bourbon, Sonoma Cold brew coffee, and vanilla.
