Caramel-Coffee Sauce
Ingredients:
4 oz. (8 Tbsp.) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 Tbsp. bourbon
1 ts. pure vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. Sonoma Cold brew coffee
Directions
Combine butter, sugar, and cream into a heavy saucepan.
Whisking constantly, bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and whisk in bourbon, Sonoma Cold brew coffee, and vanilla.
