Coffee Ice Cream (Version 2)
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
¾ cup and 2 Tbsp. sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 cup milk
4 ½ tsp. Sonoma Cold brew coffee
Directions
Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until they are light and fluffy (1-2 minutes).
Gradually add the sugar until completely blended (1 more minute).
Add cream, milk, Sonoma Cold brew coffee, and blend together.
Transfer to ice cream maker and freeze.
